Polyplastic Protective
Polyurethane is formulated to be the most durable protective finish. This clear, self-leveling
polyurethane protects bare or stained wood surfaces such as floors, cabinets, woodwork,
furniture or other wood projects. It is available in three sheens: Gloss, Semi-Gloss and Satin.
Sanding Sealer (for interior use) is formulated to be used under the oil-based interior
protective finishes (except on floors), to provide a foundation for topcoating. It sands
easily, a step which eliminates the 'fuzz' that develops on most wood surfaces when stained
or topcoated. Contains no stearates.
Penetrating Sealer (for interior or exterior use) is formulated to be a penetrating clear
sealer/coating to seal and protect all types of substrates, including wood, metal, masonry
and concrete. Ideal sealer coat for any subsequent coating or paint film on metal or wood.
Produces a moisture block that reduces concrete dusting, staining and efflorescence of masonry
and brick surfaces.
Spar Varnish (for interior or exterior use) is formulated to be a superior exterior protective
finish. This clear coating, formulated with tung oil and ultraviolet absorbers (UVA), provides
a flexible finish that withstands weathering due to sun, water and salt spray. Available in two
sheens: Gloss and Semi-Gloss.
Super Varnish (for interior use) is formulated to be our most economical protective finish.
This clear, self-leveling, "conventional" alkyd varnish protects wood surfaces such as cabinets,
woodwork, furniture or other wood projects. (Not recommended for floors.) Available in two
sheens: Gloss and Satin.
Gel Varnish (for interior use) is formulated to be a hand-rubbed, clear protective finish.
This varnish helps reproduce a craftsman quality finish with multiple hand-applied coats.
There's no need to worry about drips or brush marks with its rich, gelled formulation.
This clear varnish produces to a soft sheen.
